About Us
Puget Sound Community Wellness Workshops is a charity based organization fiscally sponsored by Omprakash. Our purpose in the community is to support BIPOC moms who feel confident about making healthy lifestyle choices to improve their social and health outcomes for generations to come. We understand that women of color experience barriers to mental and physical health resources which directly impact their perinatal and postnatal outcomes.
